KID-FRIENDLY BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD

Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and let cool completely.

Add the bacon to a pot or deep pan, cover, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring about every 5 minutes until your desired crispiness. Drain, chop, and let cool completely.

Mix the mayo, sour cream, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, a splash of pickle juice, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooled pasta, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cubed cheese to a large bowl. Pour in the dressing and toss until everything is coated.

Chill until ready to serve.

Make sure EVERYTHING is cool before mixing it together. Don’t add hot pasta or hot bacon to cold cheese and dressing. Nobody asked for accidentally melted cheese pasta salad. 😂
